Boodle Box

A great festive sharing platter, which allows you to try a selection of dishes from the Sama Sama Kitchen.

If you are coeliac, please let us know as we can modify the menu accordingly.

The Sama Sama Boodle Box contains:

A selection of springrolls (2x pork, 2x vegetable & 4x vietnamese)

3x Thai Fish Bonbons

4x Naked bao clams – which you can fill with your mains below

2x chicken inasal skewers

1x portion of Belly Pork

1x portion of Beef Rendang

1x portion of Bang Bang Prawns

1x portion of Yam Yam Chicken

1x portion of Filipino fried rice

1x portion of Vegetable noodles (can be vermacelli or egg noodle – please request your preferance)

Comes along with Atchara, salad and sauces.

PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED TO ORDER A DAY BEFORE TO ENABLE US TO PREPARE YOUR BOODLE BOX.

Reheating instructions:

Oven at 180’c for 15mins max

The fried rice, noodles, belly, pork and sage bonbons, rendang, bang bang prawn, yamyam chicken, vegetable and pork spring rolls.

Or leave it in the box (without the sleeves on) and take out all the salads, Vietnamese spring rolls (fresh ones) and rice crispies.

The Vietnamese spring rolls and rice noodle cripies could be eaten as it is.

The bao buns put in the microwave, max for 30sec with a cup of water along side them.

MICROWAVE CHILLED: 800W 55 mins / 900W 4 mins 30 secs.

The springrolls will need to be reheated in the microwave seperately on GRILL setting or in an airfryer (5 minutes 190c) or the oven for 15 minutes in the oven at 180c.
